Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

1.1. E-Shop – The online store located at www.iconic-shop.co, operated by SIA ICONIC, where retail products are sold.
1.2. Terms – These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases made by customers (“Buyers”) through the E-Shop.
1.3. By placing an order on the E-Shop, the Buyer confirms they have read and accepted these Terms by selecting “I have read and agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions of Use.” This action signifies full agreement with these Terms and Conditions without exceptions.
1.4. Right to Amend – SIA ICONIC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon publication. Continued use of the E-Shop following changes indicates Buyer’s acceptance.
1.5. Privacy Policy – A separate document that outlines how personal data is collected, processed, stored, and retained. Buyers are required to review the Privacy Policy before completing any purchase.
1.6. Seller – SIA ICONIC, registration number 40203623997, legal address: Dzirnavu 42, Riga, LV-1010, Latvia.
1.7. Buyer – Any person placing an order through the E-Shop. If the Buyer lacks legal capacity (e.g., minors), responsibility falls to their legal representative. Orders from such persons are binding and non-refundable.
1.8. Parties – Refers collectively to the Buyer and the Seller.
1.9. Order – A purchase request submitted by the Buyer, specifying the goods they intend to purchase.
1.10. Contract – A legally binding agreement between the Buyer and the Seller, effective upon successful order submission and payment. If payment is not completed, the contract is considered void.

2. Products

2.1. Products can be purchased online either by registering or without creating an account.
2.2. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may differ from the actual item. The written description determines product compliance.
2.3. Product details, pricing, and availability are provided on the E-Shop.
2.4. The Seller reserves the right to limit product availability or discontinue any product at its discretion.
2.5. Items added as gifts or part of promotional bundles must be returned along with the main product unless otherwise agreed.

3. Prices

3.1. All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes.
3.2. Delivery charges are calculated separately and displayed before payment confirmation.
3.3. The final price includes product cost, applicable taxes, and shipping fees and is visible before the order is placed.
3.4. Prices may be adjusted without prior notice. Price changes apply to all orders placed after the update is published.

4. Order Fulfillment and Delivery

4.1. A contract is formed once the Buyer has selected items, completed the checkout process, agreed to the Terms and Conditions, and paid for the order.
4.2. An order confirmation will be sent to the Buyer’s email address after payment. Shipping confirmation and tracking details follow once the order is dispatched.
4.3. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to receive electronic invoices via email.
4.4. The Seller aims to dispatch orders within 1–3 working days. Estimated delivery time:

  • Europe: 2–8 working days;
  • International: 7–14 working days.

4.5. Delivery methods include DPD and DHL courier, Omniva and DPD parcel lockers. Please review delivery options and pricing before selecting.
4.6. Free delivery is available:

  • In the Baltics for orders over €150;
  • In other EU countries for orders over €250.

4.7. If an order cannot be fulfilled (e.g., out-of-stock or technical error), the Seller will notify the Buyer and issue a full refund within 14 calendar days.
4.8. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes shall be settled in Latvian courts.
4.9. All purchases through the E-Shop constitute a Distance Contract, subject to Latvian consumer protection laws and applicable regulations on distance selling.

5. Payment and Delivery Options

5.1. Buyers may choose from the payment and delivery options currently offered in the E-Shop.
5.2. Full details are available in the “Payment” and “Delivery” sections of the website.
5.3. For products which are not available in stock, the approximate delivery date will be shown near the product description. Such products will be dispatched and delivered in accordance with the existing delivery terms and prices once available. Payment for these products must be made in advance (prepayment) at the time the order is placed.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

6.1. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
6.1.1. Buyers (consumers) have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days, as per Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Law. The period begins on the day the goods are received.
6.1.2. To initiate a return, the Buyer must submit a withdrawal form to orders@iconic-shop.co within the 14-day window. Form available here.
6.1.3. The goods (including any promotional gifts) must be returned within 14 days to the designated DPD locker "Galleria Riga" (Riga, Dzirnavu str. 67, 1011)or showroom, or another method agreed upon by the Parties.
6.1.4. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition, including tags, protective films, and packaging.
6.1.5. The Buyer bears return shipping costs unless the Seller agrees otherwise.
6.1.6. A full refund (including initial shipping fees, if returning the full order) will be issued within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice.
6.1.7. If the Buyer chose a more expensive shipping method, the Seller is not obligated to refund the difference.
6.1.8. If returned goods do not meet the condition in 6.1.4., the refund will not be issued.
6.1.9. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
6.2. Returning Defective or Non-Compliant Goods.
6.2.1. If goods are defective or damaged upon delivery, the Buyer must contact the Seller immediately via orders@iconic-shop.co, including the order number, invoice, reason, and photos. Complaint form available here.
6.2.2. The Seller will respond within 5 business days or inform the Buyer of any delays.
6.2.3. The Buyer may request:

  • Repair of the defect;
  • Exchange for a compliant item;
  • Partial refund (price reduction);
  • Contract cancellation and full refund.

6.2.4. Repair or exchange is prioritized unless it’s not feasible or is disproportionate in cost.
6.2.5. If repair or exchange is not possible, the Buyer may request a full refund.
6.2.6. Once a claim is approved, the Seller will provide a return link and shipping label. Items must be returned with the claim form.
6.2.7. Replacement goods will be delivered free of charge to the original shipping address.
6.2.8. Minor defects do not qualify for contract cancellation or full refund.
6.2.9. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after the returned goods are received.
6.2.10. No refunds for goods damaged due to improper use or negligence.

7. Dispute Resolution

7.1. In case of discrepancies between translations of these Terms and Conditions, the Latvian version shall prevail.
7.2. Disputes must first be addressed through mutual negotiation. If unresolved, they will be settled in accordance with Latvian law in local courts.
7.3. Consumers may contact the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Centre for assistance.

8. Force Majeure

8.1. The Seller is not liable for delays or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to: regulatory changes, strikes, emergencies, military conflict, or technical disruptions.
8.2. The Seller will inform the Buyer of such events and take reasonable steps to resolve them.

9. Privacy

9.1. The Seller processes personal data in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
9.2. Buyers should review the Privacy Policy available on the E-Shop.
9.3. Cookies are used to enhance functionality. Details can be found in the Cookies Policy.
9.4. Buyers are responsible for securing their login credentials. Any action taken by a third party using the Buyer’s credentials is deemed the Buyer’s responsibility.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1. All content on the E-Shop – including but not limited to logos, designs, images, and text – is the intellectual property of SIA ICONIC and is protected under applicable Latvian law.
