We understand that sometimes purchases don’t go as expected. Whether you need to return or exchange an item, we’re here to make the process as smooth as possible. Below you’ll find key information about returns, exchanges, and refunds. For additional details, refer to section 6 of our Terms and Conditions. What is your return policy?

You have the right to return your order within 14 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a refund, all products (including any promotional gifts) must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging.

Refunds will only be processed once the returned goods have been received at our warehouse. Typically, we issue refunds within 3 business days after receiving your return. However, depending on your bank’s processing speed, it may take up to 14 days for the refund to reflect in your account.

If your order included a gift item, it must also be returned in a new, unopened condition. If you choose to keep the gift, its value will be deducted from your total refund.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

Where should I return the products?

Please send the items along with a completed return form via one of the following methods:

DPD parcel locker: "Galleria Riga" (Dzirnavu str. 67, Riga, 1011), Latvia
ICONIC showroom: K. Barona str. 16, Riga, Latvia, LV-1010
In-person: You are welcome to drop the item off yourself at our showroom.

Will I be refunded for shipping charges?

Shipping costs (original or return) are not refunded unless the return is due to a mistake on our part – such as a defective or incorrect item. In all other cases, only the value of the returned product(s) will be reimbursed.

What should I do if I receive a damaged item?

If your package arrives damaged, please notify us by emailing info@iconic-shop.co with:

  • Your order number;
  • Photos showing the damage;
  • A brief description of the issue (you can also use the Complaint Form on our website).

Once your claim is reviewed, we will send you a return label. After receiving the damaged item(s), we’ll process a full refund, including the shipping costs, within 14 days to the original payment method. Refunds are issued only after the item has been returned.

What if I received the wrong item?

If you've received the wrong product, please contact us at info@iconic-shop.co with:

  • Your order number;
  • Photos of the item(s) received (use the Complaint Form if applicable).

We’ll review your case and offer you the following options:

Exchange
We’ll send you a return shipping label. Once we receive the incorrect item, we will ship the correct product at no extra cost.

Keep the item
If the incorrect item is less expensive than what you originally ordered, and you choose to keep it, we’ll refund the difference to your account within 14 days, following your confirmation.

Full return and refund
If you prefer not to keep the incorrect item, you may return it using a provided return label. Once the product is returned, a full refund, including shipping, will be issued within 14 days.

What happens if I don’t pick up my parcel?

If your order is not collected from the parcel locker and is returned to us automatically, we will refund the product value only, excluding any shipping charges. The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned parcel.

When can I expect my refund?

Refunds are generally processed within 14 calendar days from the moment we receive and inspect the returned items. Actual processing times may vary depending on your bank.
