Delivery FAQs

How is my order delivered?

Orders are shipped either to parcel lockers or delivered via courier, depending on your selected option and location. Delivery costs and estimated arrival dates will be shown during checkout and included in your order confirmation email.

When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to ship all orders within 1–3 business days of receiving payment. Please note that deliveries are managed by external logistics partners, and unexpected delays may occur. If you haven’t received your parcel within the expected timeframe, please reach out to us at info@iconic-shop.co.

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery fees vary by country and shipping method. You will find full pricing during checkout. For a breakdown by region, see the table below.

Is free delivery available?

Yes. We offer free delivery for qualifying orders:

• Baltic countries (Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia): orders over €150
  
• Most European countries: orders over €250
  Please note: in some regions, the free delivery threshold may differ depending on local courier fees.

When can I expect my delivery?

Estimated delivery times vary by region:

• European countries: typically 2–8 business days
  
• International orders: approximately 7–14 business days (longer possible due to customs processing)

How do I track my shipment?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please allow up to 2 business days for tracking details to become active. If you haven't received the tracking link, contact us at info@iconic-shop.co.

Are there any extra charges for international shipping?

For deliveries outside the EU, customs fees or import duties may apply, depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office for accurate information.

What if my parcel is lost?

Most orders are delivered to secure parcel lockers, minimizing the risk of loss. However, if your package appears to be lost or missing, please contact us at info@iconic-shop.co, and we’ll investigate and assist in resolving the issue.

What happens if I entered the wrong address?

If you’ve made an error in your delivery address and your order hasn’t been shipped yet, email us at info@iconic-shop.co as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update the address before dispatch.

If the order is not collected from the parcel locker, it will be automatically returned to us. In this case, we will refund the value of the items, excluding delivery charges, to the original payment account.
